SLA will only collect personal

SLA will only use
personal information provided by you for the purposes for which it was
collected. We will not disclose your personal information to a third party. We
will record your email address only if you send us a message request contact or
information via email. It will only be used on internal mailing lists on which
you request inclusion. We will not use your e-mail address for any other
purpose, and will not disclose it to any third party, except if required by law
or other regulation.
We do not use any external identifiers
to uniquely identify our contacts. We allow anonymous interaction wherever it is
practical and do not transfer personal information internationally. We do not
collect any potentially sensitive information on any person.

personal information. However, our
website contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content

Training Provider
Requirements
It is the policy of SLA to respect and protect the privacy of individual
trainees, and customers who register with us as their training provider. We
respect the individual’s privacy rights in our process of seeking personal
information for registering as a Trainee under a Certificate of Vocational
Educational Training and request from you directly the information required.
SLA is required to collect specific and personal information to comply with Australian Quality Training Framework. This information is collected on behalf of the Federal and State Government training departments and is translated into statistical information about people who are seeking qualifications under the VET system.
SLA shall supply the necessary and required information in accordance with the legislated information statistical standards.
All training and assessment related records shall be protected and kept private in accordance with this policy.
With exception to the occasions where trainee records must be subjected to auditing process for quality standards and compliance with AQTF 2007 standards, no other people, organisation, third party outside of SLA staff are permitted access to the trainee or client information and records held by SLA.
Students are permitted access to their own files. In order to do so, a student is required to make application to SLA in writing. SLA will then arrange a time for the student to attend the RTO’s premises to view his/her files.
Variations to this
Privacy Policy
SLA may update
this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information collected after an
amended Privacy Policy has been posted on our home page site, will be subject to
that amended privacy Policy.
