Sustainable Learning Australasia provides a variety of learning services. These include:

    • Training needs analysis: We ensure that by analysing the individuals skills with that required to meet the needs of the position that the training program is structured to meet all needs. We have a specialised, structured program that determines the existing skills, recognition of prior learning and determines the outstanding training needs to provide a targeted program for staff.

    • Development of client specific programs: Our trainers are focussed on identifying trends and changes in needs for a broad range of organisations. This continual review enables us to respond to provide focussed training that meets the individual needs of any organisation at any level.

    • Competency based training: identifying the skills and knowledge required for individuals to perform to designated standard is important. We ensure that the required outcomes are identified and develop individual training programs to ensure that effective performance in the workplace is achieved.

    • Accredited training programs: many training courses will fully or partially meet the requirements for participants to obtain formal qualifications. These qualifications may be at certificate level, be minimum requirements to achieve accreditation or enable membership of an association.

    • One off briefing sessions: From shop floor to boardroom we can provide information on waste in a simplified down to earth manner that gets the message across.

    • Structured, on going learning programs: training programs should be responsive to the changing needs of the organisation and the career structures of the individuals. A structured on-going learning program will ensure that the needs of the organisation/individual are identified and appropriate training in the most cost-effective delivery manner provided.

    • In house workshops and seminar: Sometimes training can be more effective when provided in-house. Use of company facilities can assist in both demonstrating and reinforcing concepts and skills delivered in the training program. Trainers used by Sustainable Learning Australasia are well experienced in providing such training to gain the maximum benefits to the company and the individual. Materials can be delivered in a variety of mediums. The specific structure of all training programs reflects best practice in its use of flexible delivery methods, which cater to the needs of professionals. This allows individuals to complete courses as work and personal commitments require.

The key concepts here are flexibility in access and delivery. Courses may be flexible in that it will allow the individual to develop a program individually tailored to their needs.
